Where Ideas Become Ventures
You bring the idea. We bring the expertise.
An entrepreneurship and venture-support hub helping founders move from idea to execution, and institutions design tailored programmes for their students and founder cohorts.
Ventureya is in research and validation. Both links open short surveys in a new tab.

A more connected journey
There are many valuable programmes, mentors and organisations supporting entrepreneurs. Founders can still find themselves moving between different people and services while trying to understand who can help with each part of the journey.
Ventureya is being developed to make that journey easier—connecting founders and institutions with coordinated expertise, practical support and programmes tailored to their needs.
Business models, positioning, planning and clear priorities.
Customer discovery, competitor research and opportunity testing.
Financial assumptions, forecasts, pricing and commercial readiness.
Brand development, content, digital marketing and go-to-market planning.
Sales strategy, customer acquisition and route-to-market planning.
Websites, apps, software and practical digital solutions.
Connections to appropriate professionals for company, contract and IP matters.
Project planning, specialist coordination, milestones and progress reviews.
Start with the founder’s real stage, evidence and most important constraint.
Bring the right disciplines around a clear scope instead of leaving founders to coordinate alone.
Use interviews, testing and measurable progress to decide what deserves further work.

Why we’re building this
“Founders should be able to start with their idea and access the right expertise around it.”
Building a business can require research, planning, finance, intellectual property, technology, product development, branding, sales and the right connections. Valuable support exists, but coordinating all the pieces can be difficult.
Founded by Malak Bouod in Ireland, Ventureya draws on her journey from entrepreneurship training in Benghazi in 2007 to programme coordination with SPARK in 2013, followed by technology operations and hands-on business management. We complement existing ecosystem support with practical expertise and coordinated delivery.
Our early pilot with Hana Tech in Benghazi supports hackathon-winning teams and tests how Ventureya coordinates entrepreneurship learning and specialist input. Alongside founder research, we are exploring what institutions need from an external programme partner.
Have an idea?
Ventureya is currently in validation and development. We’re speaking with founders, experts and institutions to understand support needs, programme priorities and a sustainable delivery model.
Completing a survey is research participation only. It does not commit you to a service, project or collaboration.
Founder and expert responses are collected through the linked Google Forms to help validate Ventureya and enable relevant follow-up. Please share only the information needed for that purpose and avoid sensitive personal information.
Responses should be accessible only to the project team and used for validation and follow-up. A complete privacy notice and contact route for access, correction or deletion requests will be added before wider public promotion.
